The other is you can’t buy a new number it has an option for it but then it won’t let you ### 1/5 — Buyer beware *2024-08-02, version 1.3.0* The app won’t let me change my number. Customer support is never available. Don’t waste your money! ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2023-01-22, version 1.3.0* I’ve been using this app for some time. I know how it works. Yesterday I tried to add more credits to my account at $.99 for 5 credits. I did this about 5 times. Thinking it just wasn’t going through. I kept getting the successful message then the next one showed up a congratulations you have 0 credits. I contacted support. They tried to explain that I used them when I was at 0. But that’s why I decided to ADD more credits. I knew i was at 0. However The credits never actually generated. So now support will not give me the credits or a refund. I had to buy another number to use it again. I bought another number, but when I tried to text, it said that number was expired too. So, I bought two numbers, and neither worked - including the number that was two minutes old. The developer never responded to my email, but had the nerve to send me a note asking to email them referencing this review to get a resolution. Obviously, they aren’t even trying to resolve serious issues, unless you write a review, since they never even responded to my initial complaint.
