To be fair, I only paid a dollar, and I just needed one headshot. I made my payment and uploaded my pictures, but I kept encountering an error that said the servers were busy and to try again. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't received my picture.

We’re very sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. Even for a small purchase, you absolutely deserve to get the headshot you paid for.

Our latest app version is now live, which should resolve the server busy errors you encountered. Please email your details (including payment confirmation details ) to appsteam1810@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you either receive your headshot promptly or get your payment credited for future use.
