(Great Customer Service) *2024-07-31, version 2.15.24* I must say that this app has always performed exceptionally well. It rarely experiences downtime, and when it does, Privyr’s team is always quick to intervene. Then I receive an email reassuring me that the issue will not recur and explaining how it was resolved by the evening, along with the usual daily report. Furthermore, the customer support is excellent. Whenever I have had an issue or a misunderstanding, they have always been ready to assist me. There is a free version of the app which is surprisingly equipped and allows for many useful functionalities. If I were to suggest an improvement, I would recommend optimizing the notification interface, especially on iPhone, to make the content of the notifications clearer. Customer service is terrible—it takes more than a week to get a reply every time. I even paid for a yearly subscription twice, hoping for better features, but saving and updating contacts is still a manual and tedious process. Broadcasting is also not as seamless as it should be. Definitely not worth paying for when you still have to do so much work manually. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Not free anymore for basic functions *2023-10-25* Used to be free, now you need to spend $45 a month for the same bulk feature that used to be free. **Developer response:** Hi Jonathan, thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify, Privyr still has a free version that offers instantly receiving and contacting unlimited leads. :) There's no limit to the number of leads you can receive and view on the free tier, as well as the number of lead sources you can connect. Your leads will always come in instantly and all details will be available. You can also call or message your leads from Privyr with auto-personalised Quick Responses, however on the free plan this functionality is limited to the most recent 10 leads you received, which is also applicable if you'd like to perform bulk actions. If you're always contacting new leads quickly while they're fresh, you won't see any limits even if you receive hundreds of leads per day.
