## What is Prizrak ID?

The mobile app Prizrak ID was designed for users of the car immobilizer systems Prizrak ID and telematics car alarm systems Prizrak 8 and 8-xx series. The mobile app Prizrak ID allows the registered users to pass authentication in order to enable the vehicle's engine to start before driving.  After installing this application on your smartphone, it turns into  a part of the vehicle anti-theft system. The Prizrak ID app - is a smartphone tag that you always carry with you.

После обновления iPhone 11 до iOS 26, приложение работает один раз, после сброса и привязки. Постоянно нужно отвязывать машину и привязывать машину по новой. Судя по последним отзывам - проблема массовая.

Метка сработала один раз, и больше ни разу не подключилась к машине. Удалял, добавлял- результат вечное обновление меток. За время владения машиной сменил три смартфона, ни на одном не заработало.

Не всегда открывает машину на автозапуске, хотя все условия соблюдены(Бт включен, связь есть и приложение работает), примерно в 20-30% случаев не открывается машина, с чем это связано непонятно🤷‍♂️ из-за этого каждый раз подходя к машине приходится думать открылась она или нет, и мысленно готовишься доставать телефон из кармана и открывать машину через приложение. Да и в целом эта охранная система работает далеко не идеально, но это уже совсем другой разговор..

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте! Приложение Призрак ID не имеет в своем функционале возможности открывать и закрывать автомобиль. Оно предназначено только для выполнения аутентификации (отключения противоугонных блокировок). Более подробно функционал приложения описан в руководстве пользователя. Для управления режимами сигнализации используйте приложение Призрак 2.0.

После обновления основной программы призрак - программа метка стала вылетать при запуске сразу же. Помогает только запуск в авиарежиме, затем включить связь.
