Only after I did was I shown almost $28 service charge! I get maybe 15% but that’s 55%!! I messaged the number of the person I purchased the reservation from 5 minutes before my scheduled reservation time for clarification on where to park. He responded by saying that the landlord was going to cancel my reservation in order to raise the price and I would have to rebook for that same reservation. I asked him to please not cancel the reservation but he did it regardless. Again, this was 5 minutes before my reservation time started. I was forced to drive around and look for parking elsewhere right before the game started. I found a lot about 20 minutes away that was unbelievably affordable, easy to access, and completely hassle-free. Booking through the app was quick and straightforward, and everything worked exactly as expected.
