I use the app, and have a healthy balance on my mobile account.  I get the green bar, I click on arrow to send.  It sends, and I don’t get a notification, and my mobile account is never deleted., app doesn’t work for me, although it works for my friend that has the same iPhone and exact same virgin mobile plan.  Go figure.  Virgin mobile says they’re part of du and this app should work on their phone plan.  Not for me.  PRKN did finally respond.

Been using app, and have no idea if it’s working properly.  I have a balance in my mobile phone wallet that depletes occasionally.  But, when I park and put in the zone and time, I get a sms text that shows a green bar with my plate number and zone.  I never get a sms text that verifies payment was received.  And I’ve emailed PRKN, and crickets.  No response
