Hopeless. ### 2/5 — Neglected *2021-03-04, version 6.0* Basic functionality is good, and pricing is reasonable for the packs. But this hasn’t been updated in 2 years and it shows: several of the tracks I bought don’t display any chords while playing, or the wrong chords. Would also love to see longer tracks like whole songs rather than short sections. Chart gas bIV maj7 to V7 at measures 9/10, in reality the blues is simply a minor i-iv-v with v-iv at 9/10. If I could get all my tracks back, I would give it 4+ stars ### 1/5 — Purchases gone!!! *2023-07-19, version 6.0* This app used to be great, but after buying a new iPhone and reinstalling this, the app has a “restore purchases” button, but when I press it, it says I have no purchases to restore. I bought every track available on my old phone and now I can’t access them. I have an iPhone 12 with iOS 15.2. Worked fine the other day but failed to work now. App support does not open either. Quality of tracks are excellent but do not recommend downloading this app. No good if it doesn’t open. Definitely no good if app support is not functioning. Not able to get the tracks packages I purchased since I changed the id reference on my iPhone and iPad. Have no way to contact the developer. To bad because the tracks are high quality but the track store aspect for this app needs to allow for id changes. Again I do not recommend getting this app. It is like the developer just wanted to make $$$ and not support the product. ### 1/5 — This App Doesn’t Work *2023-01-14, version 6.0* When I first bought the app it was great, but every time I get a new phone it fails to restore my purchases correctly. I own almost all of Marks products, but the app will not restore them. This is a shame, because Mark has some really cool jam tracks and lessons I would like to practice with. Uninstalled and reinstalled no help. App Support link goes no where. Dead on iPhone and iPad I am still new to playing guitar (about a year). This is a great app for practicing what you’ve learned and actually playing with a real band and not just a MIDI. Their support is great too. When I first downloaded I could not access and purchase additional tracks. I emailed and within minutes they replied and advised there was a problem. Later that day they fixed the problem and offered a bundle for the trouble. None worked easy for me, some even had the drums way off time. I have played professionally for over 50 years and I am picky. This is the best one I have found. Works so smoothly. Very well thought out. The only thing is that I wish there was more country tracks but the tracks you can get are great for practicing your chops. However since then I’ve got prompt technical support directly from the developer/programmer Dave and got it to work for me. There are now many apps (many I’ve tried), however, this one delivers for detail, functionality and connectivity with your other great guitar amps app. The ability to have the music, scales, chords, recording fx, transposition, and awesome presentation all on one screen it’s just fabulous. I scroll through all the tracks available for purchase and choose the ones I really like so as not to have endless tracks I’ll never use, but the bundle deals are great value. I bought the Blues Pack, and it is loaded with old school blues, rockabilly, country, boogie... hours of great jamming practice. It is worth every penny.
