### 4/5 — Great

*2026-07-07*

Very good app for drilling and getting the basics down. Especially for people training solo it can be a great tool.

**Developer response:** Glad you're finding our app helpful. We have more trainer-led tutorials in the works! 🇩🇪 👊

### 4/5 — Only missing one thing

*2026-06-07*

I got no complaints all I would like to be added are some strength and conditioning, explosiveness, core rotation and stuff like that. Those are equally as important as technique and studying film. I know we have active recovery but I would like a think of it’s own and modified🙏

**Developer response:** We have a whole new calisthenic module planned for the near future. Stay tuned! 👊

### 5/5 — Tommy

🔥🔥🔥

### 5/5 — Keeps you focused

*2026-02-06*

Sometimes when I’m training in my garage, I can lose focus and sort of wander off the beaten path. This app is a really simple way to ensure that you START a workout and FINISH a workout. And it has enough technical know how to make it worth your while.

### 5/5 — Fighter suggestion

### 5/5 — Would love a jiu jitsu app under the same structure

Awesome app

### 4/5 — Good but they really need mma

*2026-01-31, version 1.8.3*

I know it’s called boxing but if they added mma it would be 5 stars or more and I rekon the sales would boom and help a lot of people

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-01-28*

Helped me with my defense and muscle memory, especially my head movement. I shadow box on days I don’t train at the gym, this app gave a lot of direction and structure, and helped me improve my weakest points quickly.

**Developer response:** Thanks Bruno! Drilling, shadowboxing, and muscle memory are the name of the game. Glad we’re able to assist you on your journey... stay consistent! 👊

### 5/5 — Fighter of the Week to Add

*2025-12-19, version 1.7.4.5*

Please add a Marvin Hagler FotW

### 4/5 — Great App, only one suggestion

*2025-12-16*

I love using this app and how in depth it is on the sweet science. My ONLY wish is that they would allow for a callout mode with voice commands rather than just sound effects to signal when to strike. It would also be nice to have a random/custom generated mode similar to doing pad work. Otherwise, this app is amazing for the price.

**Developer response:** Hey Doc, check out our new 'Rapid Fire Combos' module; it should be more your speed! We have more of these quick type of workouts coming soon. Also, a random command generator is brewing. 🤛

### 5/5 — Marvin haglar

*2025-12-15, version 1.7.4.5*

### 1/5 — Nul

*2026-06-17*

### 1/5 — App is good but false advertising is when I draw the line when it says” free trial”

*2026-05-02*

I cancelled same day just like with any other subscription that offers free trials. I don’t get charged, but here I figure out I couldn’t because now Apple has an issue. I even got Apple support and even got it escalated “higher” and they couldn’t even help. It’s like customer service wasn’t in their vocabulary bet because they definitely didn’t know the meaning of helping a customer.

Like referring me to an article that I already read before I called Apple support doesn’t help me. I just don’t understand why does the consumer have to suffer over developer errors.

### 1/5 — Music

*2026-04-03, version 1.8.6.1*

Shuts off music when going into app

### 1/5 — Can’t respond?

*2026-01-16, version 1.8.1*

I send out an email about 2 weeks about a question about my experience with the app and yall just ignored it?

### 1/5 — Payant

*2025-11-21*

Comme tout les applies, Elle’s sont bien May’s payante

### 1/5 — Poorly designed

*2025-09-05, version 1.7.2.9*

This is like a 1980’s version of a computer game! I have no clue what it is supposed to be.

### 1/5 — Bad app don’t waste ur money

*2025-07-20, version 1.7.1.3*

Better off using YouTube this is pointless

### 1/5 — Ripped Off

*2025-05-05*

After signing up on a trial basis, I attempted to cancel after seeing how much of the content in this app is incomplete. While the study module is populated with animations illustrating the techniques, most of the training module does not illustrate the techniques, but merely calls out the names with a timer. Even though I was extremely disappointed with the incomplete state of the app, considering its potential, I could not cancel and was charged for a year subscription. Beware of trying to evaluate this app on trial before committing to a subscription!

**Developer response:** Hey Ed, sorry for the inconvenience. We're definitely not trying to rip anyone off, it goes against our mission. We've just added a new, simple (1-click cancel) plus a list of cool features and training modules. No hard feelings🌹. Please reach out to us, we'll take care of you! 🤛

### 1/5 — it makes you pay

*2025-03-27, version 1.6.5.2*

you have to pay to even use the app

### 1/5 — Save your bucks

*2024-11-09, version 1.5.2*

App doesn’t work. Keeps shutting down. To many bugs

### 5/5 — Consistently Excellent Training Aide

*2026-07-30*

Pro Boxing: Training & Workout is an excellent option for anyone looking to sharpen or maintain boxing skills outside of the gym.

I travel a lot for work and can’t always make it to the gym consistently. I typically struggle to come up with my own training routines without falling into the same grooves repeatedly. This app has so many different options immediately available that I can simply have an idea of what I’d like to train, and all I have to do is pick a workout that’s congruent with my goal. Furthermore, the depth of options is phenomenal. Plenty of applications can just shout combinations at you, few provide the option to pattern the combinations based on a specific training emphasis. Fewer still provide options for skills like weight distribution or different schools of boxing.

Personally, I’m a huge fan of this application not being dependent on internet access for anything more than regular content updates. I can store everything I need locally for times where I either have garbage service or no service, which is a regular occurrence for me. And I mean everything: a huge selection of workouts, video demonstrations of the techniques, progress tracking features. All of it.

Are there more quality of life features I could picture? Certainly. I have to track things like training volume and density manually. An integrated feature would be nice. That said: this app is about actually learning to box and practicing it consistently in a structured manner. There are dozens of ways to track your workouts. I’m not familiar with any options that compare to this with respect to actual training.

The dev team are also professional and rapidly responsive for bug fixes, and it seems to me like they’re not a third party developer but actual boxers and enthusiasts that are genuinely attached to the outcomes their product can provide.

SUMMARY: Great training option for when you’re outside the gym that’s focused on actual skill development and progression, made and maintained by a responsive and professional team that is passionate about their product and boxing. I recommend this app for anyone looking to get into boxing or who is looking for a way to supplement their training outside the gym.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review Reed! It really means a lot to us, especially hearing how you’re using the app to stay sharp while traveling. We’re boxers ourselves, so our goal has always been to create something that goes beyond calling out random combinations and actually helps fighters improve. Really appreciate the feedback and support! 👊

### 5/5 — Différence

*2026-06-16*

Bonjour quelle et la différence entre cette application et skillr Boxing je doit acheter laquel des 2

### 5/5 — I love the app, just a few recommendations

*2026-06-13*

Y’all should add an option to make a customs numbering system, that would help a lot because different gyms use different numbers, or have an option to call out ounces instead of punch numbers.
Other than that I love the app🙌🏽

**Developer response:** Thanks Cory 👊 A different numbering system was something we contemplated. It will take a considerable amount of work but we do plan on having this option in the future. Happy to have you onboard 🛥️

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-05-23*

The best app out there well worth the purchase! I’ve been a boxing coach for 20 years and this app is legit. Highly recommend.

**Developer response:** Glad you're enjoying the app and thanks for the recommendation, coach! 👊

### 5/5 — Great

### 5/5 — Top Tier Training App!

*2026-03-31*

I’ve trained with a bunch of different boxing/kickboxing apps but this one stands above the rest. The workouts here not only improve your physical performance but also sharpen up your fighter’s IQ. Will be hanging on to this app for a long time!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review and stars Samael! 👊 Stay consistent 💪

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-03-07, version 1.8.5.5*

I can only speak as a beginner, but for me the app is very useful. I’m between sessions with my trainer I find it a great and structured way to get some extra work in. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Better than your local coach

*2026-03-06, version 1.8.5.4*

I love love love this app. It’s a boxing trainer wherever you go. And it’s honestly better than most coaches I’ve encountered in my decade of boxing experience. Follow me on IG: @rockstartonyx

### 5/5 — Keeps you focused

*2026-02-25*

Sometimes when I’m training in my garage, I can lose focus and sort of wander off the beaten path. This app is a really simple way to ensure that you START a workout and FINISH a workout. And it has enough technical know how to make it worth your while.

**Developer response:** Thanks Peetey! Pro Boxing was originally designed to help lone wolfs work the heavy bag with structure. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Stay consistent! 👊
