Guessing they will have no problem taking my money though. ### 1/5 — Worthless water test *2023-06-04, version 1.4.4* Can I give zero stars? The test kit itself is a waste of money. The measurement ranges are too narrow. Water pH only measures between 6.2 and 8.4. My previous well water test measured a pH of 5.2 and in this region, I’ve seen ph measure as low as 4.8. This test won’t measure anywhere near that. Hardness also doesn’t have a very accurate measure if you are using it adjust your softener. This app is basically just a screen shot of the poor instructions that come with the package. Filled out all the fields but keep getting the “all fields required” error. No matter what I do i cannot submit the registration. I downloaded the app and all it was was a digital copy of the card that comes with the test from the store. Nothing to help me set the settings on the softener I just installed. Most of the negative reviews of from people who couldn’t get it to work. When you input your Registration Number, turn your rotation lock on and turn your phone sideways and voilà! Your results are there. ### 5/5 — Simple to use *2020-09-03, version 1.4.4* I noticed many poor reviews due to the inability to register the product. The information missing, if any is listed in red. ALL fields must be completed including the business, which in my case I named it Home. Nice job on making the complex task of registering my test kit a simple process. I even received an email notification so I can come back and check with the ‘results’ feature. However, I would like a way to save all my previous tests in one central area, so I can easily go back and check historical results (sort of speak). That would make this app a solid 5 in my book. Nice job for this first release! I’m sure you will be adding more features in the future. ### 3/5 — Register workaround *2020-09-08, version 1.4.4* Think I discovered the app issue. Manually enter the collection date info and the app should accept your info and create a registration number. Worked for me. ### 2/5 — Registration Issues SOLVED *2022-08-31, version 1.4.4* As a developer I know that when submitting forms, the error message sometimes doesn’t propagate up to the UI properly. It claims there are missing fields but what I found is that some of my fields were TOO LONG. Truncate or abbreviate your address or other long fields and it should (hopefully) go through. Poor QA work causing a spew of frustration… ### 2/5 — Not very useful. *2021-08-28, version 1.4.4* The only thing you can do is register the kit. That’s good, as the form with the kit is too small for clear handwriting. That’s bad because I cannot pay for the tests through the app. Instead you want me to put ALL of my credit card info on a form lord knows who will see. Yes, you can send a check. I haven’t had checks for years. Poor idea. ### 2/5 — All fields required? *2020-11-06, version 1.4.4* Simple to use. I too got this error message. What I discovered was that the email field was not very well delineated. I only had to try one more time to submit, after I entered my email address, and then it worked perfectly. I haven’t yet mailed my sample so I may add some additional information to this review at a later date. But for now, I think at least a four is warranted. Rating downgraded to 2stars for the app not retaining the kit reg #.
