Confusing

The first beat has to be of higher, not lower pitch, as it is in pretty much all recording software. It’s supposed to stand out, not get lost in the mix. Or at least give users an option to specify that. It constantly makes me feel like I’m off, very confusing. Other than that, a good app.

I call it Hoffin Yes it’s the Wim Hoff breathing method which is about 72 beats a min and this helps me keep the breathing rhythm.
