Заплатил не маленькие деньги, чтобы комфортно пользоваться. В итоге получил вечные зависания, лаги и вылетание из программы. Практически через каждое действие сканирования программа сама выходит из приложения и приходиться все делать заново! Неужели так трудно исправить эти баги!!!

I love this app, it is super flexible and friendly. However, it has recently started crashing on my iPhone 15 Max Pro, so much so I can’t even get an email off to let anyone know.  I have tons of docs wrapped up in this app but will have to reconsider switching off the iPhone platform/interface continues to crash since it’s useless to me on my phone right now (quitting this from iPad).  PLEASE fix why it’s crashing on the iPhone!!!

Пользуюсь приложением почти год. Удобно в целом, но:
1. Постоянные фризы, лаги вылеты.
2. Даже удалив все «сканированные» файлы с рабочей области, приложение занимает сейчас 13,2 Гб.
3. После удаления папки с рабочей области, выполнив синхронизацию, папка с файлами может вернуться. Но не всегда. По настроению видимо.
4. Разработчик за год не устранил ошибки, хоть и был проинформирован.

По моему мнению приложение не стоит своих денег. Бесплатная версия - может быть, платная - нет!

So crazy I paid for this because I love the free version, it worked great for a little while but for months it force closes within 20 seconds and I’m forced to use the free version because they are separate apps. the free version doesn’t crash BUT I HAVE TO SEE ADS😒 please fix this

I scanned couple of books in full.. say about 400 pages with the intention to save the book to drive.. as soon as I try to save to files, app crashes and not syncing to files.. can I get help?

I tried out the free version of this app. I scanned all my documents. Then, when I wanted to export them, it became too cumbersome with all the ads and not being able to export to google drive. So I upgraded to the pro version, which opened as a new app. None of my documents are in the pro version. They are all still in the basic (free) app, and I still do not have the ability to export to google drive or even to back up to iCloud (you need pro for that, which I have - as a separate app). I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous. So I reached out to their customer service (through the contact us option in the app) thinking that they could help me get my documents synced to the pro app. However, the email came back as undeliverable because the email address couldn’t be found. Even in the App Store, when I click on app support, it tells me the site is down for maintenance. So, since no one is helping me and the pro version is pretty useless to me for what I need, I would like to get a full refund so I can find an app that works properly and actually has customer service.

Just purchased the pro version and it works great and very speedy. Has an auto feature that highlights the page scanned so no more cropping.  Love it. Can save it and sent it and print it.

This app is great for scanning documents. It’s so easy to use I didn’t even read the instructions, I just started using it until I got the hang of it. It literally takes seconds to scan a document and save it. The free version works perfectly but you have to put up with the adverts. I eventually got the paid version cause I think it’s reasonably priced and it’s worth every penny.
