I see a log in screen no registration. Piece of crap app. ### 1/5 — App crash *2020-06-09, version 1.1* The app crashes every time I open it. Just installed the app today. Can’t even login. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Module status blank screen *2026-02-19, version 22.7* This app worked fine for almost a year then all of a sudden a week ago the module got disconnected but I got the module reconnected to Wi-Fi and even bought a new module and got that added and connected to Wi-Fi but when I open the app and click on module status or edit alert settings, all I get is a blank screen. Seems to me there’s a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-10-10, version 22.7* Doesn’t convey any information aside from letting you know that the pump is connected to Wi-Fi. I disconnected the wifi module and the app said the wifi is connected. There is full WiFi signal strength at the pump location, and I have many other devices on the network which never lose connectivity. This app is completely useless as a result, and I feel like I got ripped off because I bought the sump pump because of the “smart” features and the email alerts. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work and not worth the cost. *2022-11-18, version 20.5* Is it the module or the app? I don’t know but to this new user this product and app deserves NO STARS. After maneuvering through the obtuse directions to connect the two modules I bought to my internet, within 12 hours I get the message that one of the modules has lost connection. When I try to reconnect the one that lost connection I’m told to check the Wi-Fi and power connections. The system was installed yesterday! The other module is apparently working. I’m very disappointed. If you think this device is going to provide you reliable information and mean you don’t have to make as many trips to your crawl space, think again. ### 1/5 — Loses connection, then app doesn’t work to re-enter info *2022-06-27, version 20.5* I’m following all the steps to (once again) put my device connection into their system, but at the last step when I enter my WiFi network password it refuses to accept my Ok to start connecting to it. The app just freezes at that last point. Have tried 4 times. So basically the WiFi notification part is worthless ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Setup is a bit clumsy but app works fine *2026-04-09, version 22.7* Confused by all of the hate from other reviewers for this app. I installed it, tested it and it works just fine for me. I get both email and text notifications within 2-3 minutes of any status changes on the unit - including power disruptions. My sump pump is in its own enclosed room in our basement, so I added a WiFi extender for my Eero mesh system right inside the sump room - just for added signal strength security. Works like a charm.
