Nothing like getting woke up in the middle of the night to an alarm and having to update an app before you can login and figure out what’s going on. No option to update later. ### 1/5 — Bad App *2025-04-26* App is outdated and not intuitive at all, would be better with a Ring Doorbell system ### 1/5 — App is junk again *2025-04-09, version 5.1.1* Won’t open just spins. For a while they had it figured out, now it’s back to being junk. Fix it please. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2024-05-23, version 4.5.0* I just performed an app update. Now the app doesn’t work. When I open the app it says that I need to update to newer version. I click on update and it brings me to to my App Store page. I click to open and brings me back to the page saying that I need to update the app. It’s caught in a loop and won’t allow me access. I Rebooted my phone and I still get the same results. Now I can’t use the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP UPDATE!!!!! ### 1/5 — Wish I could leave no stars *2024-03-28* App is about as useful as the company is. ### 1/5 — Horrible app with bad camera interface *2023-09-17, version 3.4.0* App more often than not just gets stuck on a page that says “checking for updates”. Also, totally blows my mind that when you have a single location with 4 different cameras, they have each of the cameras listed as a separate job site so you can’t just view all camera feeds in a single window. You have to go to your other “site”. ### 1/5 — Can we please use Ring. *2023-06-13, version 3.3.0* This is a substandard system With house cameras modified to fit the system. 3200 a month for house cameras that don’t work. You should save some money and just give the thieves your stuff. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2022-04-19, version 2.0.1* This app is absolutely horrible. I will get a call from the company during g the night about an intruder and if I select the camera they say the person is on you can’t. It will say it takes 45 seconds but it never does connect. And on a mobile device you cannot view any footage other than live feeds. There has to be better systems out there. ### 1/5 — Possibly the worst video app *2022-04-07, version 2.0.0* This has got to be one of the worst video apps to view surveillance camera footage and live action. The idea is great, absolutely poor execution. Making me cancel service and find different provider altogether.
