Hi, and thank you for the honest feedback. I’m genuinely sorry the app didn't work for you, that's not the experience I want anyone to have. I'd like to make this right personally. Please email me at info@dialogis.ai with a quick note on what happened - whether it was about your purchase/access or the AI transcription not going through and I'll sort it out for you directly. I've just submitted an update that makes transcription more reliable, too. Thanks for giving it a chance and for offering to revisit your rating. I'll do everything I can to deserve it. Nedjat
