I feel like I could have spent less and got more elsewhere. My experience with this company has been nothing but subpar. ### 1/5 — How unfortunate *2025-10-04* Spent too much on a system with a terrible app and app support. Disappointed. ### 1/5 — Needs major overhaul *2025-04-15* Don’t use until they add basic features this app is from the worst I’ve ever seen ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed, horrible app, no iPad support *2024-12-13* Where to begin, not impressed with the app and the lag it takes to connect to cameras. I’m experiencing lag connecting directly to the local ip vs using the p2p connection. The app crashed my iPad Pro running iOS 15.5.1 and after an hour with support I’m told the iPad isn’t supported. What kind of trash product this is when it won’t support iPad. SMH “DO NOT BUY” ### 1/5 — Terrible program *2024-08-17* Don’t use pro x it is directed by a lazy management that barely communicates for the developers. The installers don’t know anything about this product because the training for it is barely for them. So if you ask them for help you better hope their connections know anything because it’s non existent for them to. To reset a password is also unbearable impossible! The product is made in Vietnam Hanoi but its program is still developed in China. The supposed security of China not being involved is a lie. ### 1/5 — Barely works *2024-07-14* We just got cameras installed and the app has been nothing but glitchy. Now it won’t load messages (notifications) and it says “Network Error. Please check”. I don’t know what the problem is- I can access live view but to see recordings I have to use the DVR which is a pain . On top of that, sometimes when I first open it, it’ll error by saying unable to access device list. That’ll resolve on its own but still have the issue where I’m unable to watch recordings. There’s no ability to filter to people on the app either. There’s so little app functionality, it makes fantastic cameras unhelpful. ### 2/5 — No Speed up function *2025-04-03* There is no speed up function during Playback on the app, most cheaper systems have this option why a system that is this advanced doesn’t have it is beyond me. Was told that it was in the works, but that was months ago. ### 2/5 — Cameras are great. App? Not so much *2024-10-03* The cameras are fantastic, but this app needs a lot of work to make it reliable, user-friendly, and to allow you to use it on an iPad comfortably. There products are good but this app is not. Notifications stopped, load times are slow and keeps making me login 2 or 3 times a day. ### 2/5 — Very slow live view *2024-04-12* It takes at least 10 Secs to load each camera. I have 64 channel NVR with 41 cameras installed the NVR supports up to 12MP and the cameras are 8 MP.
