## What is 有休ちゃん Pro?

「有休ちゃんPro」は従業員の有給休暇管理ができるiPhone・iPad用アプリです。
有休ちゃんProは複数会社の管理ができます。
2019年4月からの年次有給休暇の年間5日取得義務に対応しており、有給の付与と消化、残日数まで全般的に管理することができます。
カレンダーにタッチするだけで有給休暇をセットすることができ、翌日以降は有給休暇の予定を登録でき、有給休暇の予定管理も簡単にできます。
任意の日付において年次有給休暇管理簿の出力ができます。

＜利用方法＞
1.従業員を登録します。「従業員の管理」より氏名や入社日の登録をしてください。
「有給休暇基準日」の設定では、有給休暇の付与ルール、1日あたりの所定労働時間数、午全休、午後休に割り当てる時間数、前年からの繰越日数、役職、部署が登録できます。
役職・部署については「有給休暇基準日」の設定画面の中から登録が可能です。
2.「有休管理簿」の画面から有給休暇の管理を行います。
上部に人の選択アイコンがありますので従業員を選択できます。
横にスワイプすると社員が順番に表示されます。
（休）アイコンを押すとカレンダーが表示されますので、タップして有給休暇をセットしてください。カレンダーをスワイプすると月の移動ができます。
真ん中のカレンダーアイコンを押すことで日付の選択ができます。スワイプして別の月を先着することで選択した日付の属する基準期間に替わります。現在日付を変更することで、その日時点の有休取得状況になります。
一番左のアイコンは有給休暇管理簿の出力です。PDFファイルとして出力されます。

・お支払いは iTunes アカウントに請求されます。
・iTunes アカウントでの購入が確認された時点で、支払いが行われます。
・アカウントには、現在の契約期間の終了前の24時間以内に自動更新の費用が請求されます。
・購入後にユーザのアカウント設定に移動すると、自動更新がオフになる場合があります。
・無料お試し期間中の未使用分は、サブスクリプション契約を行うと失効します。

【購読内容の確認と解約方法】
・自動更新が現在の契約期間の終了前、少なくとも24時間以内に解除されない場合は、自動的にサブスクリプション契約が更新されます。
・サブスクリプション契約はユーザによって管理されます。

購読内容の確認と退会は以下の操作を行います。

  「設定」アプリ起動 > 「[ユーザ名]」 > 「サブスクリプション」の順に選択します。

購入内容の確認および自動更新の解除／設定などを行えます。
