KE72（大韩航空 温哥华-首尔）竟然是飞跃哈尔滨再南下直接进入朝鲜民主主义共和国，经过平壤上空，穿过三八线再降落首尔。厉害！不担心引起国际政治危机。线上反映给客服说会审查，偷偷改了后连声招呼都不打，不了了之。另外，注册时🇨🇦移动电话验证码根本收不到。1星都不想给。

首先，希望打开 app 可以选择默认打开行程，这就是我打开这个应用的原因。

其次，希望只发送关于航班的重要通知，至于执飞机型之类的信息，提供就好，不必发送通知。

一直以来都在用飞常准，这次买了PRO版却感觉很失望。既然是付费用户，为什么一上来还是机票预订等等这些功能。如果和免费版没有区别只是换了个金色的大Logo的话，那这个pro版就很鸡肋了。而且，信息绑定、机票倒入、行程显示上仍然无法正常使用，总之已经开始对这个软件有些失望了。如果说良性竞争是互相汲取经验教训提升服务质量，那么如果把竞争对手甚至不是同类竞争对手的产品搞垮自己却不提升服务质量，那么这家公司未来还有什么令客户期待的呢。
