## What is PRO3D Capture?

PRO3D turns a walk through a room into a ready 3D tour. Capture an apartment, a house, an office or a shop — the app builds a 3D model, a floor plan with room areas and a link you can send to your client.

How it works
1. Create a job: name, address from your location, notes.
2. Capture scans with your phone or a connected 360 camera.
3. The floor plan builds itself while you capture.
4. Upload the tour — processing runs on our server, and the finished tour appears in your PRO3D account.

What the app does
— Phone capture: camera plus the depth sensor, if your device has one.
— 360 cameras over Wi-Fi: rotation, frames and range data are pulled automatically. Insta360, Ricoh Theta and professional 360 cameras with a range finder are supported.
— Import ready 360° panoramas from Photos, Files and iCloud, in batches — the tour is assembled for you.
— Spaces: the same folders as in your web account, nested — a tour moved in the app is moved on the website too.
— Live floor plan: rooms, walls, area.
— Several floors in one job.
— Mark windows, mirrors and crop zones right on the plan.
— 360° views can be placed on the plan by hand and rotated.
— Upload queue: capture never waits for the internet, the tour leaves when there is a connection.
— Works offline: capture now, upload later.
— Optional Face ID lock for quick and secure access.

What your client gets
— A walkthrough in the browser, no apps to install.
— Dollhouse view of the whole property.
— Floor plan with room areas.
— Measurements right in the tour: walls, openings, furniture.
— A tour link to share.

Who it is for
Real estate agencies, developers, interior designers and architects, insurers and appraisers, hotels and short-term rentals, shops and showrooms.

A PRO3D account is required: sign-up and plans at pro3d.pro.
