Wow I was shocked at how unique this was from all other fitness apps. The programs were so detailed, easy to follow and felt completely personalized to me. Also pretty sweet to see the amount of pro athletes doing the workouts

When it comes to working out, I do better when I have something I can follow. This app gives me a plan of action to meet my goals and it’s easy to follow. It’s customized so they are exercises I can actually do! It’s exciting to know I’m being trained how real athletes are trained. Cannot recommend it enough. It’s great if you can’t get to the gym and if you just need some guidance in the gym.

Imagine my surprise to see actual top NBA and NFL athletes in the videos while doing the workouts. 👀

Wild!!! 

Knew they trained the best but to have them actually involved is crazy. The programs are just what they said - customized, variety and the value is insane. 

This is not AI but legit training by the best coaches out there.
