## What is ProAuDHDuctive?

For ADHD and autistic brains, and the AuDHD overlap.

ProAuDHDuctive is a productivity app that forgives missed days instead of punishing them. No streaks. No overdue red. No shame.

KEY IDEAS
- Tasks that don't get done roll forward quietly with a small "moved forward · N×" label, not a red warning.
- Skipped routine days simply vanish for the day - no pile-up.
- A sensory-friendly palette (three muted themes) and a reduced-motion toggle.

THE BASICS
- A single Today view with four lanes - Morning, Midday, Evening, Anytime.
- Add a task with just a title. Energy level and rough time-of-day are opt-in chips.
- Tap any task to break it into small steps, park it, skip it for the day, or remove it.

ROUTINES THAT FORGIVE
- Daily, weekly, every-N-days, or monthly recurrence.
- Pause without deleting. Restore an accidental skip even hours later.
- A skipped day never rolls forward.

SECOND BRAIN
- Brain Dump: a frictionless inbox for messy thoughts. Type or hold-to-speak.
- Voice transcription is on-device. Audio is never stored or transmitted.
- An optional AI assistant turns brain dumps into tasks, breaks a stuck task into small steps, suggests next actions based on your energy, and chats about your day.

YOUR CHOICE OF AI (or none)
- All AI features fall back to built-in templates if no model is configured.
- Bring your own provider - Local (a model you run on your own network — data never leaves), OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible host.
- Each AI feature has its own opt-out toggle. A privacy blurb under the picker names exactly what gets sent and where.

MORNING SUMMARY
- An optional, calm daily notification listing what's planned. Local-only — no servers, no remote push.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
- No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no ads.
