### 5/5 — really useful app

*2019-02-08*

Love this app! Web app on hypothesis testing and confidence interval is even more useful, especially the version where raw data can be the input!!

### 5/5 — Nice exploratory tool

*2018-12-12*

Doesn’t try to do a lot, but what it does it does very well. Thank you for this app.

(Future feature request, if you have time: Allow setting plot boundaries. e.g. for Beta, it’s sometimes illuminating to set the x bounds to (0,1).)

### 5/5 — Super handy tool and reference

*2018-11-18*

I’m a grad student and this has been a huge help for my stats class. It makes it easy to calculate probabilities using any distribution that I have needed. It got even better when I discovered that the app has easy links to formulas to calculate mean and variance for each distribution.

Great app. Great guy.

### 5/5 — Great Educational Tool + Powerful Calculator

*2018-02-07*

Only gripe is Dr. Bognar won’t let his students (me) use this on his tests!

Great work.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wow just wow.

*2020-12-31, version 0.9.2*

I met my wife because of this app. Needless to say I’m not happy and it’s this apps fault.

### 3/5 — Good for education but needs improvement

*2025-11-12*

As a teacher I need exam mode such as Geogebra to use during exams

### 4/5 — very good, but new problem appeared in iphone se

*2020-10-27*

Now the app doesn't show if I'm using P(x >) or P(x <). It cuts off and only shows "P(." although it's not a huge problem since I can guess which option shows. I didn't have this problem in a previous version also.

### 5/5 — Finally! A simple, free N(0, 1) calculator.

*2024-03-31*

Subject line says it all. P(Z<x) for normal and a bunch more for essential statistical tests. THANK YOU!!!!

### 5/5 — look what it pooped out

*2022-02-09, version 0.9.2*

absolutely love this man, great for checking work and giving hints to solutions!

### 5/5 — Sick App

*2021-10-04*

I love probability distributions.

### 5/5 — iPhone SE (2020) issue has been fixed

*2020-11-13*

Works perfectly now. Much better than using tables.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the update! I'm glad it is working well.

### 5/5 — Amazing! Love it!

*2020-03-06, version 0.8*

Love the app. Saved me too many times 😬 One thing missing to make it the mathematic essential app. Poisson. Besides that, best thing I’ve come across.

### 5/5 — BOGNAR IS THE GOAT

*2020-02-12, version 0.8*

Goat status: 100%

### 5/5 — Does advanced functions for free!

*2019-11-19*

This could be really useful for students in college stats courses who are on a budget and can’t afford to buy a $100+ dollar graphing calculator. It does basic advanced functions like binomial pdf - for free. I don’t know if it does invNorm or Z-Test calculations ( possibly not) but for a calculation app that you don’t have to pay for this is pretty great and was just what I was looking for.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Nice

*2019-03-13*

Easy my learning

### 5/5 — So handy

*2019-02-27*

I had Bognar as a professor multiple times in college and his app always came in handy. Whether on homework or studying for actuary exams, it’s always nice to have an app that can quickly compute values, in addition to showing graphs that help visualize data.

### 5/5 — Solid app

*2019-02-08*

My professor created this for his students and I must say Professor Bognar is the juice cuz this works very well.
