ProBanesa është ndërtuar për administratorë, banorë dhe biznese për të thjeshtuar operacionet, komunikimin dhe përputhshmërinë ligjore në ndërtesa dhe komplekse rezidenciale.

Si funksionon:
Hapi 1 – Krijimi i administratorit: Administratori hap llogarinë, regjistron ndërtesën dhe fton banorët të bashkohen.
Hapi 2 – Regjistrimi i banorëve: Banorët regjistrohen përmes aplikacionit dhe plotësojnë profilin personal.
Hapi 3 – Menaxhimi i zgjuar: ProBanesa e thjeshton gjithçka – nga menaxhimi i pagesave, shpërndarja e njoftimeve deri te komunikimi i dyanshëm.

- Organizimi i informacionit për banesat dhe komplekset: Ruaj të dhënat thelbësore për çdo ndërtesë – adresa, planet e kateve, hapësirat e përbashkëta e më shumë – në një vend të sigurt.
