## What is Probits?

Syftet med ProBITS© är att främja beteendeförändringar och förebygga livsstilssjukdomar, men plattformen kan också användas när man arbetar med andra beteendeförändringar och vanor. Med hjälp av individuell coachning och gruppbehandling ger ProBITS© användare och behandlare verktyg för livsstilsförändringar inom områdena fysisk aktivitet, matvanor och balans i livet. ProBITS© gör långsiktig support enkel genom att använda frekventa digitala uppföljningar I syfte att ge bättre långsiktiga resultat. Programvaran är utvecklad från erfarenheter av att arbeta inom offentlig hälso- och sjukvård.
