Especially keeping track of things with the instant sync from phone to computer. Customer service is always quick and solves all my problems (The few I have had) other than that I love it. Being someone that has multiple clients and billing needs as well as the need to have a mobile app to do all this - ProBooks has truly upheld the test😊😊 Don't get me wrong, I have issues from time to time, as well as quirky ways that I "manipulate" templates to make then work for how I need, but the amazing thing is... I can. But even more amazing, is the creator and founder of ProBooks, Anthony Chuinard😍❤️ can't say enough about this guy🤙🤙 when it comes to customer service, impeccable and ideas and work arounds? He is like cramming for your business development and application via internet exam project and getting answers and ideas... and hears yours too❤️❤️ love this company/app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Last update my whole invoices disappeared! *2024-12-14, version 6.4.8* Recently, I had to invoice my client, but when I opened the app, all my invoices had disappeared, along with my profile. I tried to use the live chat feature, but it was extremely difficult to navigate. I couldn’t even find an email to contact their support team. I want my money back. Please do not use this app. It’s a waste of money, unreliable, and has terrible customer service! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-01-22, version 6.3.7* We love the desktop version. The mobile app has a lot of glitches & we’re disappointed because we use it on the go often. The query doesn’t find customers & the estimates tab doesn’t show the name of the customer. Everything is guess work. The dashboard was one of my favorite features since it would keep track of everything I did. Now the dashboard is gone and I’m not even sure which clients are paying or not. Bring it back please. It has so much potential and I really wish I could keep it because the base is there, it’s just lacking a couple features and one of the most important feature… Support! There is none! So I suggest you try another app. I’ve request help about 6 times and was responded to twice with suggested temporary work arounds while they “look into it” …. It’s been a year and nothing and no responses at all. ### 4/5 — Excellent App with Excellent Customer Service *2020-07-24, version 5.0.7* I would do 5 stars but I don’t like that it doesn’t let you know about the tweaks when it updates. That being said this app is perfect for my business and the response when customer service is needed is quick & human! The latest update is great because I can finally do my bookkeeping in horizontal mode instead of being stuck in portrait mode all the time. We are so happy with this app! It is perfect for our needs. It has all the right features without being overwhelming. It’s incredibly user friendly. The invoices are easy to customize and look great, wether printed or emailed. It’s helpful that they can be viewed all together or as paid/unpaid/overdue. The expenses are quick and easy to enter. The accounting reports are very helpful at a glance. The data syncs effortlessly between devices…iPad, iPhone, and MacBook. We set up a Stripe account and have successfully processed credit card payments. We started out the first few months paying monthly as a trial run…but quickly realized that this app is perfect for us! We paid for the yearly subscription. It’s a great deal!
