## What is PROBRO?

PROBRO is the work tool for real estate brokers and agents in the Riviera Maya: the whole new-development and resale inventory in one place, with everything you need to sell.

CATALOG
• 500+ developments in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Bacalar and more.
• Filter by city, type, bedrooms, delivery date, distance to the beach, amenities and price.
• List or map view, prices in MXN or USD.

DEVELOPMENTS AND UNITS
• Photos, renders, site plan and brochure.
• Availability per unit, price, payment plans and your commission.
• Mortgage calculator.
• Book a unit or schedule a meeting with the developer.

SELECTIONS FOR CLIENTS
• Put together the units your client is interested in.
• Send the selection on WhatsApp as a link: your client never sees your commission.
• Get a notification when your client opens it and check the stats.

RESALES
• List a resale in 3 steps: property, location and photos.
• See how many times it was viewed and how many brokers added it to their selections.
• Share it as a link or a PDF.

CLIENT MODE
Hide your commission when you show the screen to a client.

PROBRO is free for agents. Available in Spanish, English, Russian and French. In alliance with AMPI.
