## What is ProCierge?

ProCierge brings your whole hometown into one place — and puts kindness at the center.

A LIVING MAP OF YOUR COMMUNITY
See what's happening around you: events, local deals, and neighborhood life on the village Pulse Map. Your location is private. It is never shown to the public.

FOR EVERYONE WHO STEPS INTO TOWN
You don't need roots here to belong here. New in town, traveling through, or lived here your whole life — see the local shops, the events, and the people, and choose local first.

GIVE BACK, EASILY
• Be a Blessing — meet a neighbor's real need (a meal, groceries, a ride), anonymously if you like.
• Volunteer — find nearby opportunities and offer your time.
• Support & Safety — a clear pathway to 911/988 in a crisis. A bridge to help, never a replacement.

EVERYTHING LOCAL, IN ONE APP
Restaurants, shops, services, schools, churches, community groups — plus a Virtual Closet to give, want, and trade within your own city.

BUILT ON TRUST
Real first and last names. Secure in-app messaging with no phone numbers shared. Clear community standards with real enforcement. ProCierge is for adults 18 and over.

MEMBERSHIP
Resident and Business memberships are monthly subscriptions sold through Apple. Business owners can add a membership for each extra location. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews each month unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
