Do not waste your money! *2026-08-22, version 3.0.2* I had these just over a year when the first one when completely offline and would not come back on. Had the installer come back out and found circuit board fried inside. The second camera is so completely unreliable that it’s so frustrating. Occasionally works, most of the time I get the message about network being unstable despite having a really high standard of WiFi connection. Only this camera has issues. I was talked out of getting Ring cameras but my biggest regret was not sticking with my own gut instinct at the time. £200+ wasted! My alarm system is great, except for the app. This app decides on the day whether to work or not, and leaves you racing for the manual control pad to turn the system off. The spinning wheel of doom - the ‘will it or won’t it work’ is just a massive frustration. Quite often it fails to connect with the message “gathering system information” then a buffering indication goes on and on culminating with a failed connection. Totally undermines my confidence in the system away from the home. Informed the installer of my system but always a bit vague about any long term solutions. It has a 40% failure rate on initial launch. Lately, it’s been plagued by constant timeouts, taking up to 7 minutes of repeated login attempts just to reach the dashboard.
