Check out their BBB rating it’s a “F”…. Humber college should stop using this app, the ppl are horrible and nasty and the app is trash. If you’re a stressed out student don’t worry the watchers will make it worse for you and so will the app bugs. It’s almost like they seem to try and make you fail before you start. People spend a lot of hard earned money to go to school for things like this to make you fail on purpose. Could see a possible lawsuit coming towards them in the future. All previous claims hold true. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE USELESS APP *2025-01-20, version 4.5* It’s an embarrassment to Humber College in Ontario and other professional colleges to use a software like this. I haven’t come across one person who has anything positive to say about Proctortrack. It’s so inefficient and never works as intended. If you thought you were stressed about the contents of your exam, don’t be - you should be more stressed about using Proctortrack. Just be prepared to start your exam at best 30-60 minutes after your scheduled time. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-01-06, version 4.5* If I could rate this app a zero I would. After communicating back and forth with support for over a month I was told that I need a new phone and laptop for Proctortrack to work. I have a brand new iPhone 16 and have always used my company laptop without issue. All of the sudden Proctortrack comes into play and I’ve had nothing but issues on a number of computers. These exams are stressful enough but Proctortrack makes things a million times worse. I missed an exam because I couldn’t get this absolutely useless program to work. I hope Proctortrack has $150 to refund me if Humber doesn’t. Web interface barely works on my computer then they tell me I need an app which doesn’t work either! Bug after bug after bug! It did not work on 4 separate computers and my brother missed his exam. They did not answer their customer service line (hung up on him while he was on hold) and did not help fix the issue. No school should be using this program for proctoring exams. You call and you’ll be told to restart your steps again. The people they have hired act like they know about computers but are quite incompetent they asked me to open up task manager and end a process that was required for windows to run after I showed him the dialog box showing that i can’t terminate it he had to get approval from I don’t know who, this was 1 of 5 things he asked me to do that weren’t possible. Also the room I sat in to do my exam had blank walls except for one little plaque that speaks about kids and how they hold a special place in parents hearts, they had me remove that from the wall. I know thats the colleges rules but it’s stupid and redundant and it’s very annoying to use this app/software. ### 1/5 — Worst app on planet Earth *2024-11-15, version 4.4* If your exam uses this app you're going to have a bad time. Had an exam scheduled just this app to take an hour to fully open, not only that but once the exam started my screen froze which had never happened before. I was told it was my connection which wasn’t true at all my internet was at full speed. If you’re taking an exam try to take it in person it will save you so much time and will be less stressful! ### 1/5 — UTTER GARBAGE *2025-07-12* This system and its user support are a complete and utter joke—unprofessional and a total failure. It’s not convenient at all, and for CLEP to charge $30 for this mess is unacceptable. It was a complete waste of time. First, you need a Windows system, which I had. Then, they ask you to scan your room with your phone—which I also did. The proctor then asked about my computer’s RAM, which was 12GB. They asked if it was a work computer. It wasn’t, but I mistakenly said yes, not knowing that it wasn’t allowed. It was actually my mom’s laptop—I’m a Mac user, so I borrowed hers. Just because I said it was from work, they didn’t let me take the test. ### 1/5 — Usless App *2025-07-04, version 4.7* Trying to get test ready and took me 3 hours to set up can’t scanning app on the computer so I couldn’t take my test .DO NOT waste your time and money on this and careful with tech support they going to your computer go throw all the files you have but they can’t even help you scanning app because it’s not working on first place. ### 1/5 — Trash app *2025-06-06, version 4.6* It took me 3 hours just to get approved, my Mac started lagging and glitching every second. My Mac battery got so hot that I had to reboot everything before it burns down. Take the exam in person, don’t even spend your time stressing out over this software. For the test, It been over 1.5 hours and I can’t even start my exam. Who built this app? Glitches and bugs everywhere. Their exam watchers stuck in unreal matters. And I was having challenges to the Wi-Fi after several attempts I reached out to Proctortrack customer support, and they addressed the network issue (my side) so I could start my exam. Rock ‘n’ roll!
