## What is ProcureMind Attendance?

ProcureMind Attendance is a workforce attendance app for organisations that need to know their staff were actually on site when they clocked in.

Employees check in and out with a single tap. The app confirms their location against the workplace their employer has configured, and records the time, the distance from the site and the accuracy of the reading with every entry — so attendance is evidence, not an honour system.

For employees
• Check in and out in one tap
• See a live GPS status before you punch, so you know it will work
• View your own attendance for the current month, with hours worked

For administrators
• Set the workplace location and permitted radius on a map
• Configure working hours, shifts and weekly off days
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports, exportable to Excel
• Payroll totals based on days actually worked

Location is used only when you punch. The app never tracks you in the background, never runs while closed, and never builds a history of where you have been.

Accounts are created by your employer's administrator. This app is for existing users of a licensed ProcureMind workspace.
