As someone who loves data and collecting metrics about my productivity and wellbeing, I found the app very useful. Notifications are minimal and not intrusive. Data displayed with useful charts. 

I’d love to see an integration with the Journal app and be able to export my data. 

Overall, great work by the developer. The app clearly shows the depth of thought and craftsmanship behind it.
