If you want to pay more money they charge you on that too. Every transaction is priced. When you call Prodigy directly, they don’t have the ability to do much that the app can’t, either. Very disappointing. It was easy to talk to someone before I became a borrower, but once I got the loan, it became nearly impossible to reach a real person. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and using WhatsApp — but all I get are automated replies or bots that can’t help with my specific situation. I even called multiple times, and it just kept saying no one was available to answer. When you’re dealing with something as important as student loan repayments, especially as an international student, it’s super frustrating to feel like no one’s there to support you.
