I turned the sound “special clarity” on while practicing qui gong. Focused on breath and movements, without getting distracted by thoughts. I was able to flow through the movements and not get lost. I could look at my breathing and pause. Amazing how it works! “Clearly”, this app has been thought through with the studies on frequency. 
I also love that I can let the sounds play while I move about the day or sit in practices. Thank you, Prodmace☺️🙏🏾
