Or FOK, Dr Greger, Dr Essy. Plenty of plans ### 1/5 — I refuse to support this guy & you should too! *2019-11-01* Marley (the creator of the PSC) started off with a great cause. To get people healthy. His cause has turned into a power trip and if you don’t agree with something he says, you will be banned from his group. Including paying customers! So, he will not see another cent from me or anyone else that I know. Today he stated “If you consume bread or oil, this is not the challenge for you.” Guess what Marley? People transitioning don’t feel welcome. People that have a slip up, also don’t feel welcome. Great cause you’re promoting here... Shaming people. Your customers are dropping like flies. You need to look in the mirror and have an attitude adjustment and realize the people that NEED your help are the ones still on a SA diet or transitioning. Don’t shame them. Does not believe that macronutrients, micronutrients, and calories are important. Does not offer nutritional facts for meal plans. Plans fail to meet nutritional requirements for healthy weight loss. Of course it works, your not consuming enough. It does not matter how someone eats, these are important things for balanced nutrition.
