Groups producers from Puerto Rico and sells their products. Easy to use and fast delivery (within 1-3 days). Seasonal products change constantly and delivery fee is ok. Quality makes up for some of the prices. Great initiative!

Absolutely love the new app; such convenience and selection! Bravo! Are the fish all local? 🤩 

Initial delivery issues seem to be worked out 💪 

Please:
- add a contact section and support to the app (check out zendesk for drop in support features)
- use less plastic and more paper bags in the deliveries 
- add some more favorite local products like Ocean Lab, Old Harbor, etc, and maybe some rock salt from Cabo Rojo!

Tenia la orden lista y con tan solo abrir otro app para buscar mi número de tarjeta se borro todo. Se me quitaron las ganas de hacer la compra.

Señores, esto es muy útil si se puede cambiar a el idioma que más se utiliza en Puerto Rico, Español. Hay una gran mayoría en nuestro país que no hablan en Inglés.

When I placed the order, app said it would be available unintended 4-8 days due to high demand during COVID pandemic. However, I was surprised to receive my order in 48 hours! Everything was fresh and great quality! I will definitely be ordering again.

Creas la orden, no dan información de seguimiento, la orden no llega el día que la aplicación misma dice que llegará. No contestan los correos electrónicos que ellos mismos proveen para ayuda e información, tampoco responden por las redes.  La iniciativa es buena ya que promueve el consumo local, pero está mal administrada.

My latest order took 5 days to deliver. Order placed on Saturday and delivered Wednesday evening.  The driver said he doesn’t know why items are missing from the order. He said he is just given the bags.  No receipt either. They charged the card full price even for the missing items. We had to call to inquire about missing items- they should have called me to say they cannot deliver and they don’t have he items. Not the experience I want.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wanted to like them because they’re a local business and the idea of fresh produce “seemed” like a good idea, but what I received was just embarrassing. I feel like they picked through the garbage of local supermarkets and tried to salvage the discarded produce. It was pretty gross, rotten oranges, onions and tomatoes completely past their prime. And as far as delivery, the driver was either driving around all day with my products in the trunk and forgot about them or I don’t even know what happened because the local gelatos were melted and my fresh meat was completely bloody and did not smell right. Sad to say I will not be a returning customer, I didn’t even want the produced exchanged. I just wanted it out of my place.

Acabo de bajar la aplicación y todo estuvo bien al completar el proceso de registro. Pero, al intentar navegar por la página, no puedo hacerlo porque no es amigable para lectores de pantalla que usamos las personas ciegas. Esto puede modificarse porque he podido escoger productos y hacer ordenes de compra en línea de ciertos supermercados, por ejemplo. Al ver la app pensé que podría hacer lo mismo pero con productos locales. Por favor revisen esta app o idíquenme si hay algún núm al que pueda llamar o escribir o alguna página y que alguien pueda orientarme. Gracias!

No hemos podido hacer un pedido porque no me permite crear un nuevo método de pago.  Esto es debido a que el teclado sigue abierto y no puedo darle “Aceptar”.  Por favor de arreglar esto tan pronto posible.

La aplicación está muy bonita y clara pero realmente necesitan trabajarla porque se cae cuando haces cualquier selección. No es estable y si l idea es vender, van a perder bastantes posibilidades de venta.

Es una pena realmente dejar una mala reseña, pero después de dar a PRoduce varias oportunidades no deja de decepcionar. Sinceramente uno quiere apoyar los productos y los negocios locales, incluso pagando precios más elevados, pero a veces resulta difícil. Este es uno de estos casos. Para resumir: acabo de recibir un pescado completamente podrido. El transporte de productos fríos no se realiza adecuadamente, a veces los helados llegan medio derretidos. Muchas veces no llegan ciertos productos y es uno quien tiene que estar pendiente para que te hagan el reembolso. Y si bien algunos productos son buenos, otros son pequeños y caros. Haciendo un balance, son demasiados inconvenientes. Espero sinceramente que mejoren en el futuro.

I have being using the app since the Pandemic and their service is impecable. Love the local products. They arrived the next day I ordered it and in great condition.

Hice mi primera orden con "PRoduce" y quedé encantado. Soy residente en el pueblo de Dorado, lo ordene domingo en la noche y al Lunes por la tarde PRoduce me estaba entregando todos mis productos,,, piña, mango, quineo yangambi, jenjibre, pan brioche, chinas del pais, calabaza india, mamey, tomate san marzano, en fin, hasta frutas y vegetales que les juro por mi vida que no sabia "existian" 😂. Todo llego fresco y de buena calidad, y les aseguro que cliente tán exigente como yo, nó existen dos, y si lo vez, empujalo que es de cartón. P.D., Apoyemos lo local Puñeta !!!!

This application presents a great opportunity to connect producers and consumers on a local level from around the main island.  I would only add that it would be preferable to have the price on the items be final, as in the total with taxes and delivery (this could be an optional setting).  Other than that, it’s perfect.  Beautiful displays!
