Productioneer is an Oil and Gas Production Reporting Software that increases efficiency and productivity by making data entry faster and easier. This iPhone app is a companion to the desktop application that allows users, pumpers and gaugers to enter data in the field, online or offline. 

Replace your daily routine of tediously entering data into spreadsheets or paper gauge sheets with Productioneer's intuitive data entry. The company we work for started using this data entry. It has been over 6 months and there are still so many issues. Not to mention the app doesn’t work. It fails to load information or send data. The customer service is almost non existent. They are quick to blame something on the user’s end. If you are looking at using productioneer, do yourself a favor and find something else.

This comes as a great surprise to me as we have not received any complaints through our official support system https://mi4.zendesk.com/ or our customer support email:
support@mi4.com which all Productioneer users are trained on using during their initial training on the desktop versions of Productioneer as well as the companion iPhone app.

I would like to resolve whatever issues or complaints about the app that may still be pending, as we are constantly striving to improve the app and your feedback is very valuable.

We have also recently released update 1.1 that included many speed optimizations and bug fixes that may be related to your experience.
