### 2/5 — Great app but

*2025-08-02, version 8.4.3*

It's a great app, but when I find an app that appears free, but you go to do something simple, they lock it behind a premium subscription, immediate 2 stars.

I would prefer to use the app in its entirety, then if I enjoy it I would donate. Similar to what I do with Khan Academy.

This app has the audacity to charge you $65 ever 6 months? 😂 Come on.

### 2/5 — Not for me

*2024-07-26, version 8.0.7*

I only had this app for a little while. I found it so confusing and hard to use. I can’t figure out where anything is or what any of the buttons mean. More than once I got stuck somewhere and had to exit and reload the app to get back to the main page. It seems like it has a lot of features, but I couldn’t figure them out and most of them seem to be the ones you have to pay for, and you never know the at until you clicked on them and the ad screen pops up.

### 3/5 — Pros and cons

*2024-04-11, version 8.0.7*

This is a pretty helpful app to plan, the only thing is that it is hard to use and understand fully

### 2/5 — Forces You to Create an Account, Paywalls

*2024-03-04, version 8.0.7*

Impossible to use without giving them an email and paywalled features

### 4/5 — Love it, but it’s glitchy!

*2024-02-27, version 8.0.7*

I love this app tremendously! I love that I can sync my calendars - work and personal; love the goal setting, and the ability to create sub-tasks (this was major for me)! The only issues I have with this app are, it crashes for no reason from time to time. I haven’t lost anything as a result, but it is highly annoying for it to crash unexpectedly. The other issue, which is even more frustrating, is there’s no option to delete an event, or task, or occurrence. I created a routine just testing everything out, and now I can’t delete it, I can’t delete the sub-tasks or anything. Seems the only way around this is to repurpose what you can’t delete, but if you cant, you’re stuck with having a task, sub-task, event, or routine that you don’t need. Any idea on when you guys will get something as simple as a delete feature?
Otherwise, love the app!

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2023-07-03*

Works as it’s supposed too. I paid, which was reasonable for what it delivers. Probably a bit on the expensive side, which means I will be on the lookout for a cheaper equivalent. However, Thumbs up for the apps usability.

One thing that could be improved is that the online version for pro, should be fully available. If I’ve paid, I should be able to access everything online or via the App’s.

### 3/5 — loved it at first, then…

*2023-03-29, version 7.8.7*

the free version only lets you make an entry 25 times then you have to pay? i’ve been searching for ages for a simple daily planner app and i thought i had found a good one. like at least let me do what the app says i can do without making me pay😭

### 3/5 — Unrealistic

*2022-12-04, version 7.8.1*

Why would I pay $120 a year, $60 every 6 months for app that does the same thing TicTic does? Really?!

### 2/5 — Overpriced

*2022-10-17, version 7.7.8*

Great app but way overpriced

### 4/5 — Far to expensive

*2022-08-29, version 7.7.5*

Great planner, great features, intuitive and powerful.
But, at 38.99 a year, this is way too expensive

### 4/5 — Great app

*2022-06-12, version 7.7*

This app is the only one that allowed me to create custom routines and modify them over time. It is a must for my chaotic life. The only thing I dislike is the new update for sub tasks. It is an extra tap to complete them.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2022-03-17, version 7.5.1*

I really loved the App. It had pretty much everything that I needed to help me personally and professionally on a daily basis. The only little detail that I disliked was that the on the calendar, whatever day was the 1st, that’s where the calendar started (Ex. If the first was on a Tuesday, the calendar started Tuesday through not like majority where they start on a Sunday)

### 3/5 — Very Busy

*2021-05-23, version 6.8.7*

I doubt you will be focused or get much done with this app, because it takes too many touches and reading of options and entry fields in order to enter any info or take any action.

Better structure, and hiding most entry behind icons, would be big improvements. I just could not get past the tech friction.

I suppose if your iPad is always attached to a keyboard it might be easier to skip over all that stuff, but that kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile app. And you still have to see all the irrelevant choices.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Misleading subscription model

*2024-10-02, version 8.0.7*

The free version will lock up after you make 25 activities. I was perfectly happy using the app with just the free features, and after I’d settled into a good rhythm of using it, it locked the app and told me to pay. The app is good quality, but don’t download it unless you’re ready to pay for the subscription from the start.

### 1/5 — Poor UX and security in sign-up

*2024-07-22, version 8.0.7*

Writing a 1-star review so this is noticed by your team

- Let me copy/paste from my password manager into your password fields

- Let me have a password longer than 15 characters for better account security

- Make sure your password fields dynamically reflect the validity of a password (character length, allowed chars, etc.)

- Don’t wait until I press the “subscribe” button to show a system alert that tells me to only have 15 chars in the password

- Let me see what password I’ve entered (eye open/closed icon) to then remove excess chars

- Let me delete one char at a time, not the whole password when I press backspace

Your entire sign-up journey needs improving. Do some customer research and consider a UX specialist

You don’t even need to make me sign up at this point. A better app flow would be to let me use the app without signing in to then get a feel for the app. Then, require sign in for other features

This is what Apple recommends in its guidelines, and a blatant desire to harvest my data before I’ve even used your app isn’t a good enough excuse to ignore that

### 1/5 — Love the app, hate the price

*2023-12-27, version 8.0.7*

It’s ridiculously overpriced.

### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne plus

*2023-09-27*

J’ai payé un abonnement à 59.99€ cependant depuis la mise a jour, j’ai été déconnecté et impossible de me reconnecter. Et quand je clique mot de passe oublié je ne reçois aucun mail pr la réinitialisation

### 1/5 — A lot of confusion!

*2022-01-08, version 7.5*

Dear to whom it may concern, Your idea and concept are great. However, I find terrifyingly disturbing the fact that you offer so many apps/services with the same goal in mind, the same features, same layout, UX & UI, different domain websites and the same content but with a different title. You don't even give a little explanation of the existential reason for each of these apps, in what order they should be considered when starting, their price difference and how they should be used. I heard of you years ago but didn't use you for too long due to many bugs back then, but now, I was willing to give it a try again as I started following Brian Tracy recently. Some can call the service overpriced, and it can be justifiable if appropriately used to boost your performance and life achievements. But the fact that your pricing is so confusing and different from each of your apps, considering that they are loaded with the same features, I feel like you are tricking your users into paying whatever price they end up seeing on any of your apps. Also, I checked your social media for updates and recent activity; your last YouTube post was a year ago; it would be pretty exciting if you could offer certain personal development content surrounding your service, perhaps with leading authors, successful people, etc.; and not only using Brian as the leading brand ambassador.

Coming back to the main point.

Goals Wizard, why does it even exist? Its account is not even synchronised with your other apps. Please do us all a favour and delete all the unnecessary apps and release an universal app that does everything & everything is well structures and explained. Step by step guided lessons on how to use your platform and how would life benefit from using your app, and then I will, and for sure, everyone else would be much likely to accept such prices.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2021-08-31, version 7.1.2*

I love the software and it is very helpful. Starting last night and still today I am unable to launch the app. I was keeping everything in there.

This is the second time I’ve had problems with it.

I am considering a different app or going back to paper. I feel lost without all my notes.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2021-05-19, version 6.8.7*

Keeps deleting new entries!

### 1/5 — Sick of apps not working with password managers

*2021-03-14, version 6.8.7*

When an application requires that you create a password and usernane and doesn’t allow you to paste or generate passwords with the built in capabilities or extended capabilities it is useless to me.

Cut/paste isn’t allowed so I can’t make it anywhere and on the account creation screen it inexplicably limited you to putting the password on the bottom password but not the first one since it makes you enter twice. None of the iOS cut/paste prompts come up so unable to copy and paste it out of it.

If you require an account it’s mandatory you get this working. Especially in an app that wants money for features this isn’t adware this is a software package we want to give you cash to use.

Can’t get past the start screen because can’t create a secure login really hard to evaluate and pay money for something.

### 1/5 — Charged me without my acceptance

*2020-11-16, version 6.8*

Charged my 6 months without my acceptance

### 1/5 — Does not sync properly!

*2020-09-27, version 6.7.5*

Does not sync properly and I’ve missed appointments. I’ve contacted their support and they were not much help.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good Schedule

*2025-04-29, version 8.0.7*

Easy to use

### 5/5 — Everything you need

*2025-03-29, version 8.0.7*

Love the app except I am more of a minimalist and since I use it on my small screen phone, I wish I could minimize some graphics

### 5/5 — Basically a goal management system

*2025-01-25, version 8.0.7*

Works as it’s supposed too. Yearly price is reasonable. The goals section is its meat and potatoes. The notes section is basic and you still require a notes app separately. Also can be used as a basic task management app, but I prefer a dedicated app. It’s function this app does well is goal management. At the time of writing this, they have added new AI, but didn’t work so well on my first try (I’ll try again). If you’re looking for somewhere to manage your goals, this app does that well.

### 5/5 — Just 2 days in and the design is everything i did not even know I needed!

*2024-12-14*

Steve Jobs used to say "design is how it works". Well, I love this app, an all in One. I was looking for another app and the images caught my attention. After downloading, everycome came in French, which is rare with some american apps (Basecamp doestnt do it). Less overwhelming than Click-Up. I love how it shows the percentage of activitides accomplished, which is a real booster. I love how it includes routines also. And the idea of integrating objectives and a journal for me is like having one tool instead of the 6 I have. I have a time sensitivity and I often feel like I had only 16 hours in a 24H-day. So the app allows me to know where I spent/invested:wasted my time. The app is a bit expensive for Premium and Pro. However, this is app designed with intention, purposefully. So, 140$ a year is not that much, I was paying 15$ with Basecamp. So I would probably have it for 2025.

### 5/5 — Productivity

*2023-09-14, version 7.9.1*

I feel so productive each day!!!

### 5/5 — Visionary

*2023-08-06, version 7.9.1*

Simply the best app to help ensure your success!

### 5/5 — Great Product

*2023-01-18, version 7.8.3*

Probably the best I have ever used. After searching relentlessly for something decent because I was tired of downloading apps that just disappointed; I found this one and It’s like they understood how my brain worked!

Superior job at building San app that is intuitive and easy to navigate. Helps me become more actionable by guiding me to break up all my steps as a piece of the whole. Every time I thought to myself “I wish it did this or that”, to my delight, I realized they already thought of it and made it happen.

Amazing app. Wish I had food this years ago!

### 5/5 — My Daily Planner in my pocket

*2022-10-23, version 7.7.9*

I have used, and continue to use a number of task lists, to do lists, calendars, and such. I like the feel of this app as it puts the functionality of all in one platform.

This is my “strategic planning central”, other apps are quick references to task lists, checklists and to do lists so I I don’t clutter my strategic planning this system works nicely for me. I can recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Love - but expensive

*2022-06-09, version 7.7*

This app is so unique in all that it will let you do from habit tracking, to breaking down goals, to being mindful. I love it. I’ve used it for months, but lately the monthly fee is bothering me. I’m on the search for something else, but if you don’t mind the fee - there is no app like this. I’m going to have to find two to replace this ONE.

### 5/5 — Amazing app.

*2021-07-28, version 7.1.2*

This app literally has everything I one needs to organize their life. The only issue I’m having as of the past few weeks is being able to add goals. I have the pro version which gives unlimited goals. For some reason new goals that I make will duplicate after closing and reopening app and will completely delete the goal after closing and reopening a second time. If this problem is solved I will change my review to 5 stars. Until then I have to give 4 stars, I’m paying for unlimited goals, etc. But not getting what I paid for, unsatisfactory.
