## What is Productivity System?

The main feature of this app is goals.

Tap a goal to start a timer with the remaining time for that goal.

Timer is running all the time, 24/7, even for sleep or breakfast. There is no stop option! To stop the current goal, you have to start the next one.

You can add a checklist for goals. Useful for morning/evening routines, work, exercises, etc.

This way I control my time and don't forget anything.

Try to adapt it to your life.

Best regards,
Ivan

### 5/5 — Simply amazing

### 5/5 — Genuine developer and very useful productivity tool

*2026-07-02*

Today I just read the newest version of readme timeto.me, which is “forced” by Ivan (if I may say his name directly). I have used this app for several years and I realized I used it sort of in a wrong way (basically tracking time and know what did I spend on in a fancy way).
Ivan introduced the bigger idea behind this app: completing life goals. For example, workout, is one of the most difficult tasks that we couldn’t do everyday. He designed in the system and set checking the task mark as the first step of workout, which is easier! This is a brilliant idea and because I bet he has read something like behavioral economics. Small start could make things easier.
This is just one example here. I am truly touched by this app and impressed by the passion and effort of the developer. I hope everyone can enjoy more of this app and achieve their life goals. :)

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I've learned, tried, and failed at a lot of different methods. Over the years, I've developed my own approach and decided to share it. It's nice to know that this system works not only for me.

The best time mgmt app I have ever used. Sometimes when I travel I just pause for a period of time but once I got back to regular work schedule I am obsessed with it.

### 5/5 — clever and powerful

you will have a list of categories to choose from. When you click on a category, it will ask you how many minutes do you want to spend on this category. Then you start the timer, which is similar to a Pomodoro focus timer. When you close out a session on a certain category, you have to choose another category right away. You can’t just put everything on hold . This is I am using it to track my attention.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We hope our app makes your life better.
