The writers I have used were very punctual when it came submitting the papers to me. They also communicated their questions or concerns throughout the process. Have a great day! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Could Be Great *2023-12-09* I have been using them for a while now and they have pretty good writers. Some not so much. When requesting refunds it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone. You give them all the information they request and you still don’t receive refunds or an update as to where they are along in the process of issuing or denying your refund. I posted a job one day and the next day after paying the app the writer said she couldn’t figure it out and that I needed to find another writer. When that happens they don’t refund your money after you deposit it so in order to get another writer to finish the job you have to deposit more money to repost that job. The initial job I’m talking about was in March 2022, since that job was posted and I requested a refund, I had another issue and the same thing happened. No refund issued no update. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2022-09-26, version 6.2* Do not and I repeat do not use this app. These “writers” are embarrassing to say the least. Their writing skills are laughable and English is clearly not their first language nor second. If you really want to pay for a broken essay filled with grammatical errors and repeating sentences then go for it. Their writers are rude, unprofessional, and never submit anything on time or let you know what they’re doing. Oh and don’t even try getting a refund BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Their support is nothing and you’ll get the message of “We’ll contact admin and open an investigation”. They won’t and never do. Biggest scam of an app. I used this many time thinking maybe I just picked a bad writer but no…they’re all bad. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-08-26, version 6.0* Trash. I got a horrible paper written, what are the odds that you will get a good one ?… but my paper was horrible but I was forced to do a $150 deposit for it and I did not like it. I am subject to no refund at all, which is horrible. I am forced to take legal action reguarding $150 that should tell you something about this app. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2022-05-07* I paid 40$ to someone to write my essay for me and the results were so bad There was grammar errors and it wasn’t even about the topic I gave them and after when I asked for my money back they said they won’t give it back because the freelancer put time and effort in the job So I don’t recommend anyone to download this app👎 ### 1/5 — The app started off well but became unprofessional and scammy *2021-10-12, version 5.2* Within the first 10 minutes of creating an account, so many writers “freelancer” reached out to me to write my essay but it eventually became overwhelming and seemed that many just texted me for the money and are scammers. I’m sure if you find the right person you maybe in good hands but as for me i was not. The writer did a HORRIBLE job the cursed me out when i expressed my dislike for the essay and for the person to follow the prompt so i requested a refund and reported the writer but the “customer service” seemed fake and was VERY unprofessional. They are making the refund process very hard. I asked for 3 pages and got two with a cover page🤔. Have a great day! ### 1/5 — CAUTION !!!!!! *2020-12-29, version 2.3* i have been asking for a refund for about a month now and they just keep asking me for the same information or say they have to check with admin anytime i ask for an update and then never get back to me. it’s a new person i’m talking to each time and the way they talk is really unprofessional. i’m honestly convinced that it’s a scam. i’ve been told to give them 24 hours to process and then 24 hours goes by and i check in again and then they want 48 hours and then 48 hours goes by and they continue making excuses. i’m extremely infuriated. i want my money back. they do not keep their word about their refund policy. i don’t suggest this app at all but if you do decide to download it be careful how much you pay because if you don’t get the assignment or are unsatisfied they’ll never send you your refund or even process the request. they’ll just keep lying and stalling. really really really disappointed. i’m not a hateful person and i hate that i’m even writing this but this is the worst customer service/app i think i’ve ever used and i'm really upset because they’re just keeping my money and not giving it back. i would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option. :/ ### 1/5 — 😡😡😡 *2020-08-17, version 1.2* I have been trying to get a refund due to my work not being completed. It’s been almost two months and all they have been doing is giving excuses and I just don’t understand how it’s taking that long and it’s a simple refund. They kept asking me for information that’s already in their system and when I said you guys have all the info she sent me a screenshot of all the information so why are they constantly asking me for the things you have in your system? Every time and I do mean from the first day they have been giving me excuses. It’s a good app for work but the worst for giving you a refund if the person you hire doesn’t complete your work nor send you the assignment, I feel it’s only right to refund me because what did I pay for?? NOTHING!! Whoever is running the app need to be more professional and give refunds especially when you see the work was not done or completed. I’m very disappointed with this. They don’t tell you you have to pay a dollar extra everytime you hire someone. I had to be refunded because the writer who wanted my assignment hasn't given me anything since march 2nd so i ask for a refund. Y'all use cheap writing essay online. Have a nice day! ### 3/5 — Choose wisely *2021-03-05, version 3.0* If you get the right writer the app is a lifesaver and wonderful however their are a lot of fraudulent writers on the app the the customer service is absolutely terrible by far the worst I have ever seen so when a writer is not doing their job properly or fails to do it just expect for it to be nearly impossible to receive a refund, some of the writer are also people who are from Africa and are not the strongest American English writers so their may be many grammatical errors in your project this can be fixed with grammarly I suggest reading writers review extensively and not to hire at writers with no reviews I also suggest the use of a writer called competent writer he gets jobs done fad and efficiently I receive no problems when he does my work and gets it done on time he’s the only writer I can guarantee your work will be completed overall just be find a good writer before you make a deposit cause it will be ver hard to get the money back **Developer response:** Hi, Bedroses!
