KYC is super important and I would agree that customers need to be re-KYC’ed every few months. They subject customers to almost monthly KYC checks and while they are doing that, they block the accounts. They do not answer questions as to whether a customer performed any suspicious activity or if there is any reason for these checks. They keep calling them “random” but there is nothing random in being subject to regular KYC checks every month. This creates a super poor customer experience. This paired with their lack of responses to direct questions makes customer experience truly horrible. The head of customer service, Valentina, while occasionally is able to provide some responses, still does not offer any explanations as to why a customer is constantly being checked for no reasons.
