I cannot even give it 1 start but I cannot post this unless I do. I do not recommend Allscripts. Just noticed now that we are unable to log in this Pro App. After 5 hours of logging a case, still no answer. Their system is unreliable, ransomware, transitioning to a new cloud, not very streamlined. Very poor customer service.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your comment.  We apologize for your negative experience with our product. The ransomware has been mitigated and measures have been taken to help prevent this from happening again.  If you need support in the future please log a ticket through Allscripts Central and we will resolve your issue. Note: ProEHR Mobile app replaces Professional EHR Mobile app and supports clients with a desktop version of 18.2 or above. The new app has new features to assist you outside of the office and supports any device running iOS 8.0 or later.

Please update the app! And improve connectivity. Also would be nice to have iPhone X support

Unreliable Connectivity. Incomplete access to true clinical chat. Difficult to navigate. Highly recommend seeking a different EMR.

How about releasing a version that supports Face ID??? Update your app. It’s been 7 months since the last update.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We are regularly updating and releasing new features on our ProEHR Mobile app which is available for practices with ProEHR Desktop version 18.2 and above.  It supports both Touch ID and Face ID depending on your device capability.

Very risky high liability for patient care. Loss of income with the loss of server service due to a ransome that has been very unserspondivly handled

This Pro Mobile App has actually vastly improved in the 19.1 version.

I'm just starting to use this app and love the new update with the ability to add patient photo to the chart right from my phone!  Love ability to prescribe remotely and document it. Works well.
