Such a cool thing for kids but there’s no sound! Kind of hard for a young kid to do this without sound. Very unhappy with this Christmas present.

I got this as a Christmas Present and Maxwell doesn’t work. He’s muted and we don’t no how. We tried putting the sound up but it doesn’t work, so please do something to fix this.
