We can start the app and view the video for starting. After opening to a project in the book, opening the book and making sure the entire spread is open. Nothing happens, there is a sound when the page turns which only happened during first use and nothing happens after. Wasn’t a problem today but definitely reflecting on what would happen if we didn’t have another system. Update: received an email from support that indicated the sound would not work if phone was on vibrate. I never thought of it as it would have been the only app I’ve ever used that did this. Did not verify as I had already deleted app off the phone. One annoying thing is having to take the phone out of the glasses to hit ‘reset’ if you want to watch the instructions again. You learn nothing and all you do is take weird photos. You can reply to reviews and maybe say “we’ll fix the sound!” You just don’t care. You don’t care that people are telling you to fix things you just care that people are downloading you app. This is 100 percent pathetic. Same for us as the book reads “choose 4D CHEMISTRY” when in the app. If one does that, the app doesn’t work when looking at the book. If one presses the 4D SCIENCE button instead, it works fine. It’s cute and my two kids though Professor Maxwell was pretty cool (6 and 4 yrs old).
