The same credentials work just fine from a web browser. App is worthless. ### 1/5 — Can't login *2014-11-06* Enter the same info from website and can't login. It's telling me to register but I already did. Not a good app. ### 1/5 — Can't log in *2014-10-20* Tried to log in with my info and it states that I do not have an account. It does NOT work unless I’m connected to WiFi. Which makes no sense to me! I can not even check my balance on my health account at the doctor. Unless I ask for their WiFi password. It’s extremely frustrating that I can just use my regular cellular LTE data. I hate this app so much with a passion. Needs work. ### 1/5 — Worse experience yet!! *2015-09-30* The tool main purpose is to upload your claims or receipts. It will ask you to load as many as you want, but will keep only the last image! Very frustrating and sad experience. They acknowledged the issue. It has not been fixed since I last called and complained more than 6 months ago. Laughable!! That's all I need from an FSA app! Thanks! It always has problems “connecting to the server”, Touch ID totally stops working when it’s time for an update and 9/10 times it crashes when I try to take a picture of my receipt in app. Or, even more annoying, if I take a picture before hand, it give me a squarely centered screen to load my receipt. What business in the world uses square paper?? Concept is great, execution is poor. ### 2/5 — Not that great *2020-01-22* Doesn’t confirm that you submitted a receipt. Only allows a partial pic of the image and how do you access their “store”? ### 2/5 — Charp *2019-02-04* Overall this app can be convenient in being able to access the information on the go. However, we recently entered a new year and the balance still posts as if the funds from the previous year are available.
