I understand making the levels challenging that’s appreciated until you’re at a level that puts you at a stand still because the hints aren’t enough to be certain of one choice at best you’ll probably be between 2 choices while the other hints are very clear but the block is locked so you aren’t able to fill in that clue to gain others until you practically guess the next one correctly Other than that the app is fine and fun, thankfully the above doesn’t happen excessively or I would’ve deleted the app ### 4/5 — Almost Perfect! *2026-09-03, version 1.2.0* I love this game so much and I’ve beaten over 200 levels. My only complaint is that the game makes my iPad run so hot and kills the battery VERY fast. I play on a newer iPad Air, and I’ve never experienced this with any other game, even more complex games with more features and graphics. If there is a way to limit how much energy the game uses, the game would be perfect. They rely on guesswork only and surprise surprise you have to watch multiple ads to complete the round. There are only a handful of stories to be solved before you run out. Also, the creators seem to struggle with differentiating right from left. It’s just as the ads advertised, it has story lines available for not too many coins, and it has daily challenges. Very enjoyable and fun game, however the actual experience of gameplay is made SO PAINFUL by the ads. You literally cannot try another level without an ad, (as in yes every time you try to play any level it will first play an ad, even if you are reattempting the exact. Same. Puzzle.) Not only that, but the typical experience of gameplay is that you have about 4-6 progressive levels who are very easy and then one or two “challenge” levels that are extra difficult. Sometimes the clues are wrong. And sometimes you enter an item and the thing on top turns the wrong color. It’s got some issues, but I love it otherwise! ### 4/5 — Good logic game, one critique *2026-08-26, version 1.2.0* I was excited to see this was from Lion studios because I really like their other game clue master which is another type of logic puzzle challenge game. Many other logic puzzles apps are too easy or for kids. This one actually has some challenges and id like the option to unlock the daily puzzles (which are hard!) with an ad instead of 900 coins which is rather expensive. It would also be nice to choose puzzles by difficulty rather than have to go through the easy ones to get to the harder ones. Additionally, if I lost the puzzle, I'd prefer (like in clue master) to be able to watch an ad OR pay the coins to add a life back and continue playing the puzzle rather than starting over. Otherwise, it's a good logic game with hard puzzles. Enjoying a lot so far, thanks to the devs! I also have one last problem is that it seems to heat up my phone and use the battery fiercely. It seems to be the Ads rotating in the banner bar. It doesn’t happen with other apps so it would be good for the devs to look into that. ### 3/5 — A little glitch… maybe more than a little *2026-08-26, version 1.2.0* This game is soooo fun and yes I like it. Soooo many ads, which was expected. I was doing a daily challenge and a couple levels, and when I put in the obvious answer, it said I was wrong. Ex: Barbra doesn’t work the construction site tow. I put her in the parking garage. IT TOLD ME I WAS WRONG!!! The design of the game strictly limits mistakes you’re allowed to make and so this in-app purchase shows up very often. Daily challenges require numerous extra clues — more than the daily allowance. And the penalty for making mistakes on clues of opinion is severe. This isn’t a logic puzzle game. The clue tells you one thing but you can’t do that on the board. Also, clues get grayed out before you see them. Fail, Lion. Today for example, the daily puzzle had a clue where "despite being made of concrete, lighthouse B is very separated" but when I selected concrete for B it is wrong. It also said that "one lighthouse has a platform made of the same material as the lighthouse" however that clue was "correct" when I matched brick to concrete (on lighthouse F btw). Also some of the prompts, especially on the story levels are simply insane. Why am I planning a war invasion tactic for a soldier? Why am I identifying which one of these people is secretly a terrorist? And the ads are insane, sometimes they will even pop mid level. The game has something going for it and has potential to be a really fun logic game but it certainly has major issues. Edit: 08/14/26 The past three days of "daily" puzzles have been repeats of ones in the past, to the point that I was able to finish some of it straight from memory. Considering the daily puzzles were basically the last thing keeping me playing this spells the end for this app! ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-08-14, version 1.1.1* There's no way to play the game after the first few levels unless you watch ads to reveal the NEEDED clues. People shouldn't have to guess if they can't watch ads.
