10year plus paying customer. Their new reskin is not useable. Lots of places where you get locked in and have to restart the app. Lots of bad design choices in screen real estate and basic UX principals. Zero research or requests for feedback from actual paying customer like me. And reaching out to support gets a copy paste response without any genuine answers.  
*Couple months later they did push an update with some improvements. I still wish y’all would just follow a typical ux path. Grab a cohort of some users, show em some screens, gather feedback, test, iterate. Lobbing developer choices at users without any user input is an easy way to lose customers.

I have canceled my subscription due to lack of app support and will never recommend this app. I paid for an account and it was malfunctioning due to error more days than not. I submitted 3 separate support requests and never received a response. 
I do not recommend this product.

One update caused the app to say I’m restricted in all items I scan. I know my brands and I proved it by using the Android version, which accurately showed me the real restricted ones.
I sent a support ticket about this but they simply ignored me.
I canceled the subscription to get their attention and they didn’t care either.
I will continue using the competition from now on.

My review would be not to bother with this app. Both eBay and Amazon offer the same features in their respective apps. Yes you have to check the information by opening two applications, but you should already be doing that when you use third party information anyway.

I'm upset at this. I subscribed and paid my first payment of $9.99, only to discover AFTER my payment that there's an additional $49 fee for using an external Bluetooth scanner. That's not listed in the app description, and I'm not paying that. I've unsubscribed and moved to another app.

This app simply doesn’t work as advertised. I purchased the subscription, but it didn’t find any product I scanned or searched and just showed no product found message! Not even the most popular products available in Amazon. It’s probably scam!

The app only works when it wants.   It will scan one item then goes into a loop of wanting to scan.  Then once that stops it won’t let you scan til you close out the app and it starts all over.   This app is a waste of money!

This is just the awesome sweetness!  I love this app, mainly, because the support is amazing.  If you have issues you contact support directly through the app settings and they are available, and I have always received quick, friendly responses that aren’t fluff responses.  Recently I had issues with the IOS 8 update and the app was not working the way it had before apple pushed out its new operating system updates.  The support team contact responded, and they were well aware and ready to address the situation.  So this app gets supported and like other apps, affected by updates, they are ready for the event.   I also thing the feature I dig most about this app is its connection to camelcamelcamel and ebay. SIMPLY works, and it’s amazing.  Keep it up SELLER ENGINE!!!

Great overall app that is more than worth the $15. On one of two occasions it has scanned the wrong version of the book which misleads me on buying. I would highly recommend this app.

Love this app! Being able to see how many other sellers there are is a huge bonus when scanning an item but my favorite feature is that it adds in all the associated fees so you can make an educated decision on whether or not you want to purchase something. Worth every penny if you are considering FBA!

Excellent product at an affordable price. What an innovation!  Great communication and customer service and they even listen to users suggestions.  Next we asked for larger text size in the multiple offers box. Hopefully this improvement comes quickly.
