Non performing platform
I used it around a year back. Had many phone calls and Emailed them complete list of big and small issues in the platform (as if I was their testing engineer) but its of no use. Now, I’m rechecking whether they have improved but no, they don’t seem to be interested in improving or may be they are not at all interested in their own platform.

Avoid
Total scam I’m still trying to deal with, as soon as they had all my details I couldn’t log in again. I first thought it might be me, so I created another account, different email, same thing happened. They took an age to respond to my request to fix the problem and a guy called Atharva said he’d get his “team” onto it, the thing is I don’t believe there is a team because he is the only one who responds to WhatsApp, email or live chat! I later received a blank email, no business details at all or signature telling me my new password was password, it didn’t work of course. Avartha later WhatsApp messaged me asking for the password they had sent!?!? The issue still exists and today I received an email asking to join a Microsoft team meeting to fix it, I declined as it was obvious it was just another delaying tactic…..avoid at all costs

Can’t Authenticate
I use a federated Google account on the web. This mobile app doesn’t support that. I set a password on the web site, and that works there. This mobile app doesn’t accept it. Sorry, but I can’t even get the thing to run.
Login screen itself not working
Undeveloped app . How can we manage our account over there … signup screen itself not working

No screens to add data. Incomplete app developed and pushed into production. Very bad practice.
