## What is ProfitClerk?

ProfitClerk is the profit tracker and bookkeeping app for eBay sellers and resellers. It reads your orders, the fees eBay actually charged and your shipping labels, matches each sale to what your stock cost, and works out what you really made, order by order.

No spreadsheets and no guesswork: fees come from eBay's own finance records, not a rate card, and when eBay credits a fee back or a buyer is refunded, the profit updates by itself.

PROFIT ON EVERY ORDER
• Final value fees, the per-order fee, Promoted Listings and international fees on each sale
• Item cost by FIFO (first in, first out) or average cost, matched by SKU
• Shipping labels, including labels bought in bulk, plus packaging costs
• Refunds, returns and return shipping
• Sales with no item cost are flagged, so profit is never overstated
• Fee credits and shipping labels eBay may owe you, found for you

STOCK AND SOURCING
• Your inventory with what each item cost, and its value at cost
• Job lots: one price split across the items by what each will sell for
• Listings without a SKU: give each live listing its cost in a tap
• Write off damaged, lost or donated stock, with its cost in your profit and loss
• Low-stock warnings, unsold stock by age, and which places you buy from pay best

MONEY AND TAX
• Expenses with receipt photos, repeating expenses and mileage at the official rate
• Profit and loss for any period or tax year
• A tax centre for your country: the figures your forms ask for, thresholds and deadlines
• Check your Form 1099-K against your eBay sales, and see the sales tax eBay collected
• eBay payouts, and links to Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent

REPORTS
• Best sellers and slow movers
• Profit by category, brand, label, eBay site or where your buyers are
• What Promoted Listings really earned
• Export to CSV and Excel for you or your accountant

MADE FOR YOUR PHONE
• Today's profit at a glance, and a monthly profit goal to aim for
• Notifications for new sales (with where the item is kept), refunds and payouts
• Add stock, job lots, expenses and trips in seconds
• Free calculators for fees, margins, taxes and more, no account needed
• Help guides on every screen, light and dark mode, in eight languages

SAFE BY DESIGN
• Read-only eBay access: ProfitClerk never lists, changes or ends your listings
• Your eBay sign-in stays with eBay
• Two-step sign-in, sign-in alerts, and download or delete your data at any time

PLANS
Every plan includes every feature; plans differ in how many eBay accounts, orders a month, stock items and team members they cover. Try everything first with a one-off pass. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
