Although I’ve spoke to customer service twice and I cannot get any sms notifications sent to my phone, I miss all of them they have sent me numerous test to make sure they have my correct number and still nothing. Also non of the embedded videos have sound..i think is is a problem with ios, as i have noted the same problem in other apps, in those apps, I was always able to play in/copy link so i could play in the browser. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-01-12, version 1.4.1* The app is so confusing and is hard to navigate to your subscriptions I was charged $150 for a subscription I could not even cancel. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2021-01-07, version 1.4.1* The app is absolutely useless compared to their browser application. There is no point in the app - it shows all trades from everyone and not who you follow. The app is not personalized at all, you cannot see who you follow, you cannot see your own trades/statistics, you cannot view other users profiles, you cannot message anyone (no messaging option buttons work). All of these features that make the app a social platform are missing. This app feels more like a database viewer as you can only view the most recent trades/posts from ALL users. It is nothing like the social media application they are trying to create. Stick to the web version as this is absolutely unacceptable as an application version of the web. ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-11-03, version 1.4.1* The app is worthless so I canceled the subscription. However, they keep charging me a monthly fee. There’s no support info on the app, so you have to go to the website and find the support info. I have emailed them multiple times but have not heard anything. The App Store should investigate this fraudulent app!!! Do not buy because they will charge you each month even though you cancel!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Garbage *2020-05-06, version 1.4.1* This app is garbage. It doesn’t notify you of supernova alerts, you can’t find the alerts in the app, it crashes, locks you out of your account and other ridiculous stuff like that. ### 1/5 — Broken! Needs ios 13 update *2019-10-10, version 1.4.1* The chat room window expands and shrinks just by tapping on the screen. Try to write a comment and the chat room goes away to a loading screen. Current list of people online and the main part of the chat room open and close back and forth. On the mobile app I mainly just see watch lists, even though there's a lot of random watchlists. I’d like to specifically see people watchlist I choose to follow. It would be amazing if there was some sort of free chat room (maybe the off topic room). I also could never find Tim Sykes video category’s just the most recent video lessons. ### 5/5 — It’s working for me! *2018-07-19, version 1.3.0* I almost didn’t even download this because if the reviews but Im glad I did as it works fine.. thanks I appreciate the application! I must say he is not only brutally honest and transparent, but a truly remarkable teacher. I have been following him for months now, and jumping on the trading wagon. This app is amazing well worth the subscription get the full subscription and watch all the videos, never just follow tim alerts, but really understand why he gets into a play in a specific pattern and moment and understand when to cut losses quickly. Have the videos, watch list and chat room all available. If you are a subscriber definitely get this app. Vital to learn on the move and watch old lessons. Cannot recommend any more. Only problem took a while to to load pages to start with think that's the app just downloading all the old data so it should speed up and loading the chat menu takes a while but that's it.
