Despite choosing the "forgot password" option and keying in my registered email address, I have received nothing in my mailbox. it is quite critical for me at this moment to submit my defects check report, but no response has been received. What is happening? ### 1/5 — Limits defect submission and cooling period of 1 month for new submission *2025-08-05, version 2.2.12* Bad user experience. There is a limit of 50 defect submission and also a cooling period of 1 month before we are able to submit more than 50 submissions. ### 1/5 — Can't upload image *2024-03-11, version 1.18.11* Your app got bug, I can't upload image for defect submission. Keep on showing to allow camera in device setting, it is allowed since downloaded app. Even though I delete and reinstall the app still same issue. Delay my defect submission, please fix it ASAP. ### 1/5 — ProFix App Limitations *2023-07-18, version 1.18.3* I tried the Profix app for defect submission, and I'm not sure why my condo developer uses it given its lack of important features. One major issue is the inability to edit defects, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, there is a restriction on submitting only 50 defects within 24 hours or 1 month. Once the limit is reached, users must wait a whole month before submitting more issues. This limitation significantly impacts the user experience. Furthermore, the app's name, "Profix," doesn't align with its unprofessional performance. Overall, the app falls short in terms of functionality and user-friendliness. I also noticed that the email notification for Unit Defect Status Change does not provide information about the updates.This is a serious issue, as it makes it difficult for users to track the status of their defects through email. ### 1/5 — Useless Apps! *2022-07-22, version 1.17.5* This stupid apps have time limit and the category is missing! Should have given the purchaser the time when to finalise all the defect! Not the apps decide when to auto close the defect report!!!!!! Provide edit button!
