This is now much FTD respects their customers. This company keep going further and further downhill. For trying to order anything, it gets stuck in the cart, yet the carts never load up so you can clear them out. As others have said it’s like they are abandoning the application and forcing you to go to the website or competitors. I think the latter is the better option. Far better service provided by other companies and far freezing and exciting designs available. ### 1/5 — App Consistently Crashes on Multiple iOS Devices During Recipient Selection *2022-06-02, version 31.0.3* App crashes on iPads and iPhones when you get to the point of selecting a recipient. App continuously panic crashes in various points through the process. Very frustrating to say the least. Noticed the app has not been updated in a year… so this goes to show how concerned they are with the user experience. Sad that a company that was known for shipping long lasting flowers quickly and affordably has gone down hill this much after becoming part of the FTD family. Very difficult to quickly fill in. No matter what Credit Card info I entered, it still kept claiming they weren’t valid despite confirming all was correct. I had to abandon a $200+ sale as well as wasting nearly 45 mins of my time. ### 1/5 — WORST customer service *2021-11-24, version 31.0.3* 4th-5th time I’ve order from here but this time somehow they got my order wrong had to spill the surprise to the other party so they can stay a little longer at the work site and end up not getting anything (made me look bad). Contact the place they said I did not provide enough information but they read back the right delivery address (not the first time I’ve sent flowers to this place) never got a email confirmation for my money back or shipment canceled.
